Tricia Schroeder
Partner

Tricia is the youngest of the Thielemann children. During high school summers, she often helped out in the office with administrative tasks. After graduating from Texas A&M University in 1993 with degrees in Finance and Management, she worked for several years in real estate at Century 21 Beal – College Station. She then married her husband, Scott Schroeder, in 1996 and moved to Grand Prairie. While in the Dallas area, she worked four years in the banking industry at Société Générale before finding out they were expecting triplets.
After their birth in August of 2000, she resigned from her job at the bank to stay at home and care for the children. In the spring of 2002, they both felt God’s leading to move back home to Brenham where they could raise their family away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. Eventually Tricia joined the family business in January of 2003 and has been involved in the daily operations ever since. Her main involvement outside of administrative oversight is in draft design work and marketing. Her husband, Scott, has been with Glasco Landscaping for over 20 years now and enjoys his job as landscape maintenance manager.
For the past two decades Scott and Tricia have faithfully served in the local church in varying capacities as the Lord led them. Tricia loves cooking, reading, and scrapbooking when she can find the time. Scott enjoys just about anything involving the outdoors. He loves hunting, fishing, sports, gardening and working in his yard. They have three children; Makenna, living in Cedar Park; Hayden, living in Cedar Park; and Evan, living in Brenham. The family loves taking vacations together, hunting, playing games, and watching sporting events. The only thing better than that is a relaxing weekend at the ranch with the family!
